What you need for a test under an exemption
To use an exemption you need to bring:

An electronic prescription (red or paperless prescription) listing the tests required.

A valid identity document and health card.

An exemption certificate issued by the local health authority (ASP), on grounds of income, illness, age or other conditions provided for by law.
With these documents you can book and have your tests at our centre, at no extra cost.
Specialist visits not covered by exemptions
